Racing

Yesterday turned out to be a major challenge. It was blisteringly hot in Heybridge Basin and we had fun watching the various races as we waited for the lock to open (luckily moored in the lock and left without any incident. Phew).  But once out to see the wind got up. Force 5, gusting 6. Very lumpy and not a bundle of laughs. We decided to head back to Levington. Arrived at about 1930. But all in one piece and happy to be back on dry land.
