Taste Test

I am always a little wary of cooks on YouTube (or anywhere else) who swoon over their own creations. 

Almost always. I have grown to trust Refika* on these matters. Tonight I made her "best hummus recipe you will ever try". I agree with her.

I did a wee taste test just to be on the safe side. I still agree with her. 

This may have been the most interesting part of my day, consumed as it was by laundry and hitting the supermarket.
