Hydrangeas

This is something of an EB since I didn't take a photo on our walk this morning, and have decided to take something of a blip break today. I made a couple more quilt squares and some chicken chile for dinner and haven't really done much of anything else. My personal embargo on news is holding so I have nothing to report on that front. 

The doe who rested on our lawn most of the afternoon yesterday was gone by the time we said good bye to our guests last night, and I've just watched the resident flock of turkeys make it safely across Los Alamos Road, so all is well on the wildlife front. 

Dana and Jim are coming here for dinner tonight as they are helping their friend Leigh, the woman with the beautiful pottery and jewelry from Mexico, pack up after a day at a craft fair in Petaluma. 

'Normal' service will resume tomorrow....
