Cinnabar moth caterpillar

Quite often wherever there is Ragwort blooming Cinnabar caterpillars will found, it is their main food.  I have been checking and yesterday l found some!  They are rather striking in their stripey colours and wow, they can really move fast.
It has been joined by a rather drab insect of some kind.
