Our monthly meeting of the Psrkinson's support group did something  very different today - went to the bowling club at Lawson. We were a bit apprehensive at first, but it turned out to be fun all round. You can see MrJ holding on to his walker and bending to shoot the bowl along the carpet. One guy even bowled while sitting in his wheelchair! Some of us settled for various board games or cards, all enjoyed morning tea and generally agreed it was so relaxing that we'ld be happy to do it again.
