Hidden art

My father passed away in April, and my sister and I are now clearing out our childhood home. Yesterday, while sorting through items in the storage shed, we discovered the artwork shown in the photo. It had been hanging on the wall behind some belongings. The piece depicts a boat built by my father - not just any boat, but a large, seaworthy vessel that, in the eyes of a young boy, could have sailed to distant lands under sunny skies. Inspired by those childhood imaginings, that little boy made this painting for his father.
