Busy Sunday

All age service this morning. Not many in the congregation - think it was still too hot for a lot of people. After coffee a quick walk back home and then out again to see the institution of our previous rector Richard in his new parish just over the hill in Keighley. Like here he will have 4 churches, and there seem to be lots of plans there for future improvements. Nice to see numerous young people involved. The photo is of St Andrew's Church in the centre of Keighley. It is many years since I was in there and it is a beautiful church. A great welcome for everyone from the new parishioners and then an afternoon tea outside after the service. A very nice afternoon in the sunshine.
