Mom's favorite

Today would have been my mom's 70th birthday. For the third year in a row, I ordered American Chinese food to commemorate her. This was her favorite food. She first had it in San Francisco on her and my dad's honeymoon. She fell in love with it instantly. We'd eat it nearly every time we would go out of town.
