Rhubarb and strawberry crumble muffins.

As we had a houseful of guests yesterday, I got O and her friend to make some muffins. One of them chopped the rhubarb and strawberries, then lightly stewed it. Meanwhile, the other made the crumble topping. They both had a mix of the muffin mixture, then put it into cases, adding the rhubarb mixture in the centre. They were then topped with crumble. Fifteen minutes later, they were tucking in. This is the last one left!
