BARROW AFC 2

The second and final part of my Moving Forward course given via the Breast Cancer Now charity, free to anyone who has been through Breast Cancer and completed their treatment.  This is for all stages of cancer and is so very diverse.

It was an excellent course, last week was very emotional, this week a little emotional but mostly fun and guidance with what to do for the future and who to go to if you have any concerns or questions.  

I got there fairly early again, so I went for a cappuccino at Starbucks again.  The trouble is, like Costas, their small cups size are, for me, HUGE and I would much prefer one half that size.  Still it was somewhere nice to sit, drink and read and have access to facilities.

The view above is what we looked out on from the offices we were occupying.  This the windows which open right into the room so it's an amazing view I would imagine when there is a match on.

It's qutie a bit cooler today and I'm so thankful for that.  It was rained quite heavily whilst in the course and on the way home, but the sun is shining again now, warm again but not claggy like it has been over the last two days.
