Amanda in Dartford

This was one of the first shots I did when i came back to the UK in 2012. I'd previously been shooting corporate portraits, architecture and a bit of fashion, so it was outside of my comfort zone - a champion kickboxer training in her home town of Dartford...not the most scenic of backdrops, but that was the point. I lugged a couple of lights and a flashpack to the 'beach' but ended up using a speedlight balanced on a rock for some fill on this shot. Looks a bit dated now.
