Four reasons to move to Hay on Wye.

We learned some interesting things today. Firstly, there are people out there who have very odd living arrangements that just don’t work for us. Secondly that even perfectly maintained houses are not much good if they have zero storage. Thirdly that we don’t actually want something perfect, we want something we can shape in our image.

So we have found one property that fits the last bill, but the bill for getting in a builder and making it fit the bill needs to be worked out. Thus we need to do our sums.

Actually a nice day doing the leg work. Cooler too thank god.
