“It’s Crusty”

Following coffee with Richard in the morning lunchtime saw me heading to the GP’s surgery to see the practise nurse, my shin has been itching so I’m assuming that’s a good sign, and so it turned out.
With a scab now formed it was described as “crust” which is good, the skin is now healing itself.

The evening was spent coxing the gig in the Friday Evening For Fun racing out in the Carrick Roads. Great fun and the rafting up of the competing gigs for a beer and chat is one of the highlights.
