The Dalkeith show

An early start to get Phin walked before Mr PHL and I headed for our sting on the gate at the Dalkeith show. It was a baking hot day and I felt sorry for the animals on show but I guess they’d have been just as hot back on their farms!

I was glad we got away after our two hour shift and could come back to the cool interior of the house. I sat outside in the garden for a couple of hours reading my book. It was lovely.
