Tucking In

………… I finally feel less like a zombie and more like a functioning human being, yay ;-))

It’s starting to feel a little cooler now and the breeze is welcome which helps me a lot. I managed to get some errands done which have been put off during the hot weather, so I feel much happier today ;-)
I spent an enjoyable 20 minutes outside with the camera ( something I’ve not had time for recently), amongst other things I sat and watched an adorable family of 6 blue tits that live in the garden. They’re all from the same nest and I’ve watched them fledge, hunt for bugs, bath and play together - it’s such a joy and gives me a lot of pleasure ;-)
