Bastille Day

Lots of events on around the place to mark Bastille Day. We chose an easy day and went to a Brocante (antiques fair/collectors market/car boot sale) in the nearby town of St Cyprien. Lots of things I would have liked but all too big to bring home with us! I did fall for a dog on wheels but it wasn’t an Airedale so I was sensible and didn’t buy it. I loved this display of corkscrews- just so French!

Went to a superb Marche Nocturne near Milandes tonight which was lovely. We didn’t hear any English spoken except our selves to each other.

In other news Mr H has a replacement chair and my bites are improving .
