After the rain…..

…..the doorstep plants in pots look a great deal happier. Only the geranium is in its permanent pot. The others were only planted up over the last few days. I love the deep red geranium which I know is actually a Pelargonium. Each winter it’s been unceremoniously abandoned in the corner of our front porch and turfed back onto the doorstep after the last frost. I should probably give it some fresh compost next year if it survives that long.
