Infra analogue project, new phase

Shooting infrared requires an infrared filter to get good result.  These filters are more or less opaque for visible light.  Thus making it neccessary to remove the filter for composing and focusing if you use a SLR camera.  As I did this week with my Nikon F-801 and a Hoya R72 filter.

Then I got an idea! What if I could use my rangefinder Leica instead?  It has 39 mm for its filters and I managed to find one via amazon EU. I ordered it last Thursday and it was delivered to my door this evening.  It is from Urth and not Hoya, so I'll have to make some new tests to understand its charactaristics.  But it will save me time as it can sit on the lens the whole time.
