Knitting practise

On a recent trip to Wales, a friend taught me to knit English style - there is also European style but apparently a bit harder - so I thought I had better have a practise session.  I found a small ball of lovely English wool from black faced sheep, it's lovely and soft to work with and my friend Heimi gave me some small circular needles to use, which are meant to be easier than the pairs of needles I remember mum knitting with in my childhood.  I've enjoyed it, next is to try some different stitches to see how that looks.
