The pond.

I had my first swim in the pond this afternoon, it was glorious....but my right shoulder is still giving me some grief so swimming wasn't as enjoyable as it could have been...did some floating on my back which was wonderful.   i'll try and go in each day now, and see if the movements get easier with time!
