Balance

We enjoyed catching up with Monty today and taking him for a walk. Frida and Monty get on so well…and just trot around like “an old married couple who are very comfortable with each other” ( my point of view!)

Started an oral history teaching programme this morning that helps us train people quickly, but also maintains standards. Two excellent “students”.

Super to catch up with a former colleague before dinner tonight.
