Peas in the Pod

Back Blip


It was very hot today in church.  Quite a few men came wearing shorts, including our locum minister, and I thought it was such a change from when I was wee when the minister wore clerical robes, and we all dressed up in hats and Sunday clothes.  A change for the better I think though.

We had a first crop of peas, not too many, and I added them to our salad at dinner.  I had roasted a chicken last evening, and had it cold with potato salad and green salad.  It was a good meal and enough left for tomorrow.
