Lunch

EB Martin made these tarts for lunch. They have caramellised onion, with balsamic vinegar, blue Stilton cheese, walnuts and basil garnish. Very successful! 
I'm still busy writing to friends and family thanking them for their condolences and charitable donations. Then often they write back and I feel I should continue the correspondence! People are so kind.
