Tiny Tuesday: Rain at Last!

At last we're having a few rainy days: it's unusual for we Brits to celebrate rain but sometimes it's necessary for the gardens (and the reservoirs), although to be fair the gardens haven't been doing too badly here in the Northeast as it's not been as hot as "Down South". 

Anyway it gave me the chance (between showers, so I didn't have to get wet!) to take a macro shot of this raindrop on a leaf of our pyracantha, with a distorted inverted image of the leaves behind it refracted in the droplet. It was quite breezy so I had to wait for a lull in the wind to grab the photo.
