the last straw

Yes I know, corny title!. The neighbouring farm runs beef cattle (limousins), but makes more money from growing mushrooms, mainly shitaki, and oyster (pleurotes) mushrooms, and a few other fairly exotic varieties. Here is a new delivery of straw ready to be wrapped and prepared for a new batch of spawn.

In other news, I had a really restful morning (yawn) followed by a real hard (and painful) physio session. Now feeling a lot better! Gonna restart my normal exercises tomorrow I think...
