New Alstroemeria

The plant continues to produce new flowers, and the first blooms are hanging on despite the recent hot weather. Tried out my new battery powered hedge trimmer today and was pleased with ease of handling and the results. Just a few minutes charge to restore the battery was also pleasing although not much "juice" used anyway. Just a brief shower today, just when I was walking to collect the paper, typical! Remainder of the day bright and breezy.
