I recently signed up to Parkrun so that I can take part in the PKD Fun 5k on 6th September. The PKD Charity is a cause close to my heart (or, more accurately, my kidneys!) Mr W has also signed up in order to support me and our t-shirts arrived today.
Let me be clear though: this will be more of a 5k walk than any kind of run!!
