In other news. I have achieved 11094 steps today .... Last ones achieved when I stood up to stretch and Tooli asked me 'if you are moving mum ... Cause you come over and switch this light on?

The light which if she shuffled round in her seat and swung her arms over she would quite easily reach it herself 

But I did. And the subsequent walking took me over the 10k
