Outdoor walk for steps (and because it was overcast earlier, perfect time for outdoor walks)

Had the energy to strength train at our home gym

In the afternoon, I went to see my dentist initially just for cleaning but then she discovered that one of my teeth was shattered and needs extraction. She asked me if I ate something hard in the past that caused my tooth to break in a peculiar way but can't really remember if I had or not. She initially teased me about the pain of having anesthesia injected in my gums but then she was surprised that my pain tolerance/endurance has improved compared to a couple of years ago when she performed sessions of root canal on my teeth. 

After seeing my dentist, I consulted my OB-GYN second cousin regarding possible perimenopause symptoms because of my age. She told me that 40 is way too early for perimenopause contrary to what Google and most of the women on threads says.

P.S. Title is French for: I regret not buying ice cream (as it is usual practice after a tooth extraction to have ice cream). Not related to the photo but it's this evening's passing thought.
