Smile for the Lady …

I did wonder if these baby chamois had seen humans before, they looked surprised to see me rather than afraid. I was certainly surprised to see them so near the footpath on the Croix de Chaux today and retreated very quickly so as not to disturb them. One Mum and baby relaxing close by in extra.

Thanks so much for the many gifts for the Bee Eater birds yesterday, I am going to try to see them when the quarry is not working at the weekend. If they weren’t disturbed by lorries trundling past, I can’t imagine they would be disturbed by my presence! 

It was so delightful to visit the two young Maine Coons yesterday, one is just like a mini Preston (extra).
