Cake making

We have a coffee morning for the WI tomorrow so today I made a Chocolate Fudge Traybake. I did a bus check first thing in the rain, and it rained continuously all day. I was surprised to hear that Cumbria is in a drought (something that seems incredible to most residents as it’s been raining throughout June. We don’t have a hosepipe ban here though. I presume that this was seen to be pretty daft when we are surrounded by lakes!
