Sheerness

We got the bus to Sheerness today. It’s great using the bus pass in different areas. It did take an hour to get there and lots to see. I thought the line of poplars and wheat field looked like France or Italy. A lovely walk along the beach and prom . Found a beautiful terrace of white houses called Neptune terrace. Loved the dog hanging out of the window. We found a fabulous small cafe for lunch, the vintage tea rooms. Mantovani was the background music!!! Bus back and we were all shattered so a sleep was needed by us all. It really is a lovely part of Kent.
