A sign of Summer

Gatekeeper Butterflies seen today, a real height of Summer butterfly.

We saw a few dragonflies but none gave us a chance of a photo as did a Stoat looking like it was up to no good ( from the point of view of anything it has just killed or is trying to kill!)

All quiet at the farm at Crowden when we arrived but very noisy as we were leaving the pens full of sheep some of whom look like they were looking forward to being sheared while others were not sure.
