Light meals

We have at last had warm weather, so warm that any cooking or frying feels out of place. I switched to the easy couscous and am just chopping parsley and basil over it added with tomatoes, cheese, and nuts.

My nice cleaning lady came today after a four week recess. It was so good to get the corners clean and have someone to talk to! :-)
