Makes you wonder.

Not sure what was going on with the female toilets sign in Royal Liverpool University Hospital today. I thought as I was going in I'd snap a photo on my way out (only because it was odd). When I came out two women were inspecting this sign and one of them was not keen when I took a photo (hence not a good photo). She ripped the sign to peep underneath it and I asked what is under it. Her reply was "nothing"! The gents toilet sign had recently been replaced - well it looked like the original had been defaced and a temporary one stuck over it - the same lady told me she'd bought the sign herself for £12 from B&Q!
Terry had a good appointment and had some great explanations from the consultant with scans on the screen to show him. Things are settling down and he needs to have the stone removed by ERCP and also his gall bladder removed by keyhole surgery hopefully but if not then by ordinary (abdominal incision) surgery. He isn't quite at the stage where they would perform these but they need doing sooner rather than later so the aim is September. He sent him for blood tests on the way out and said he will write to the DOAC team to say he can move onto oral anticoagulants.
