A better day weather-wise. Beautiful warm sunshine first thing. Pancakes for breakfast. An unnecessary text message from one of the more difficult yard people that could have waited to be discussed when I got back but caused me stress and upset (as I am sure was her intention) and  spoilt my day a bit. I need to grow thicker skin and let the drama wash over me. Or win the lottery and get away from there. 

Mike and the kids headed off in the canoe for a bit and I stayed with the dogs.. Had a lovely meal tonight at The Sailor's Safety just down the road from our campsite. The food was flipping marvellous. I had a warm beetroot and goats cheese salad with chunky chips and a scrummy choc mousse with toasted hazelnuts. Managed to get back to the campsite just before it started raining again.
