Back view of outer breakwater Portsoy

And views of the beautiful stone harbour at Portsoy and the Bow and Fiddle rock at Cullen, the guys working on rejuvenating a Portsoy scaffie (a community enterprise initiative) and the beautiful mouth of the Spey where we saw an osprey.

And a curiosity vis a Spey coracle (an actual cow skin pinned to a willow structure where the cow’s tail was left as a strap for lifting the boat).

On the cow theme we also saw the Turrif coo - which had something to do with a local landowner protest at the levying of compulsory employer national insurance contributions.
