Knight on Shining Cobbles

Who, on Saturday, I will have been married to for 39 years.

In extra, one of the best desserts I've ever had - "croustillants of sicilian lemon cream with salty caramel and speculoos" - crispy pastries filled with lemon curd. Went back to the same place tonight - Coisa Linda, just to have this dessert again. The other food is delicious and creative as well, mind you - a mix of French, Brazilian and Portguese cuisines, beautifully presented.

Gratefuls:
- a good morning, kayaking along Tavira Island (once we'd found somewhere to launch)
- good sleep - air con and no bugs
- progress on some of the decisions we are needing to make
