Day 4

The temperature hit 87 today, but I was nice and cool here  at Northwest Hospital. lex came again to visit and Doug stop by with my CPAP machine and some chat. 

this is a photo of the hand cycle that the physical therapist brought for me to work with. I had told her I would like something to help me work on my upper body while I was letting the lower part heal.  5 minute spurts for as long as I can do them.

Dialysis tomorrow, and then I will have a look at the list of rehab places that have openings and are considered good ones.  The social worker put that together for me.
