Manchesta!

Today C is heading back to Lincoln via train, so our plan was visit Bury market first, then into Manchester to drop C at Piccadilly Station…….. problem was we only realised last minute that today is the third of five Oasis gigs in Heaton Park, situated halfway between mine and the City Centre!

Enjoyed a wander around the market, which is midway through a facelift. Got a few bits including treats for the woofers back home,

We had a coffee & cinnamon bun in a little cafe before heading back to the car.

We decided it was best to head straight into the city before traffic built up…. good decision!

Spent some time walking around Piccadilly Gardens, where there was all things Oasis, including their music, don’t mind them but prefer Noel’s High Flying Birds tbh.

Todays blip was snapped as we walked across the tram tracks from the Gardens into Primark looking up Moseley Street, shame there wasn’t a tram approaching :-/

We said our goodbyes until Saturday just after 5, the traffic was murder going home, right past Heaton Park….. pedestrians & Oolice everywhere, got home just after 6.30, normally takes 35 mins!!
