Paint your palette blue and grey

Tooli and I had a night out tonight.  

painting and prosecco at a local wine/dine 

Was advertised as painting a vase with a glass of prosecco and nibbles 

We arrived. Duly fed from dinner. And were presented with a menu!!!!!!  Sharing platter and sharing pasta .... We looked at each other and mirrored a barfy face

A lovely lady came round and explained the vase and the.paints and the process it would undergo to become.our vase 

We accepted our prosecco and examined the paint and our blank vase and our tools. 

Tooli examined the room.   It was all.ladies with the exception of one man 

And then a couple came and sat beside us (it's okay. We had our own table there was a gap)

So Tooli and I being artist. Googled painted vases and decided on our plans 

Tooli went for a repeating pattern of dots and lines, a different colour each time 

I decided on Van Gogh and a bad ecchinacea.

We had got half way through when they brought the starter.  A sharing platter which covered half the table 

Croquettes, garlic pizza, tempura and cured meats.   We at that point ask the staff to allow us to.skip the main 

We carried on painting and drawing and chatting oh yes.  Smiled in amusement as we glanced at the chap next to us who was busy painting the Oasis logo and reunion tour information on his (he had already discarded his oasis hoody). Very good it was too. And from memory

We tipped ourselves up with few cocktails (Tooli Will say I had three to her two which may or may not be correct). (Who am I kidding of course I did )

When we were finished the painting lady said ours were beautiful.   I'm pretty sure she said that to everyone 

We get them back in three weeks.... Which remarkably fortuitously is the same date they have a 'flower arranging' class pa ha ha ha ha 

Then. For the good of the steps.  We walked round the town and on to the beach before we.called Si and yes. I did my 10k again
