Bargains Brides.

Only Cath & I in the gym at first, joined by Gwen & John later, so we all went for a coffee afterwards. The weather was that drizzly rain that gets you wetter than the heavy stuff. I walked into town, did some shopping, then came home on the bus. Most Thursday's , I see an older man get on, and I heard him say to another man, that it is his birthday tomorrow, and he will be  96.  The guy asked him his secret, and he said, keep moving. He also  said, he goes into town every day ( on the bus)  to do his grocery shopping. Good advice, I think.
