Edinburgh

Down to Edinburgh today. The satnav said we should arrive at 12 p.m., we actually made it by 11:57 am. The roads must have been pretty clear as I do not normally manage to keep up with the Time forecast by the satnav.

On arrival we parked the car in the suburbs and took the tram into the centre. Lunch at Dishoom was very nice. We had to queue for about 20 minutes to get a table. I think we were lucky to get in without a booking.

In the afternoon we headed back to the suburbs where we had a barbecue in the evening. Although the day was warm, there was a coolness in the shade. Even while we queued for it was cool. It was certainly cool in the evening when the sun went down.
