Brian's Garden

This is Brian, a cumbrian friend from our trips to the Cheltenham Festival.

We met in a pub many years ago as my trip with my friend Gus, collided with his with Tony and Dave. Through them we got to know their friends, John and Sarah who they stayed with.

Fast forward 25 years Brian no longer comes to the races as its got a bit too much, he's 87.

What hasn't got too much is his garden which keeps him busy every day, and took a couple of hours for him to show us round...its huge!

A great afternoon, and afternoon of wonder, good humour and laughter, all with a charming cumbrian twang.

Good to see him.
