Protecting One’s Modesty
I went along to Sheringham this morning with M who was meeting two friends for coffee. Due to an unexpected change of plans I made a last minute arrangement to meet H for a coffee on the Promenade whilst he was busy having his catch-up.
It was surprisingly breezy with a North wind, and I almost had goose bumps. It hadn't been particularly windy in Holt so whilst my choice of a flared (just above the knee) dress worked well there, it was rather problematic in the windy conditions on the sea front. So, I had to juggle my camera and hang onto my dress at the same time...not easy!
This lady was sensible and had a windbreak to sit behind. I've given the image a 'nostalgic holiday postcard' type treatment.
