Dog sitting

My sister's Pride&Joy posing for me... it took a while to meet his eyes, as he didn't like to look at the lens of my camera. He's a sweet dog, asking me to play ball with him in the morning and afternoon. 
My sister and her daughter returned home from their visit to SW Germany where they enjoyed a concert given by violinist Nigel Kennedy. His papa, cellist John Kennedy, was also member of "The Melbourne Trio" in the 60-ies and 70-ies of the past century and mom's brother in law, Don Thornton was the pianist of that trio. 50 years ago the three of the Melbourne Trio did wine and dine at my parents' home (mom was a perfect cook) and my sister (teenager then) enjoyed that all with them... she shared these memories after the concert with Nigel Kennedy, Saturday last.
