Rough and Rowdy ............

Whilst T was on the golf course,  I was entrusted with going online to try and buy tickets in the pre-sale for Bob Dylan's next visit to Glasgow. I was expecting this to be a fraught process with the prospect of failure - T didn't manage to get tickets for his visit last year to Edinburgh. In the event it all went smoothly - I signed at 9.52 was admitted to a waiting room, put in a queue at number 67 when the pre-sale started at 10, was let out shortly afterwards and had the tickets bought by 10.03 (phew).

Before this I enjoyed a lovely morning swim to past the second pine and back with lots of chat with C&L.

This afternoon was taken up with a funeral in Perth Crematorium followed by the reception at the Atholl Palace. NC was 93 and had lived a full life - A, his widow, has been remarkedly stoic and made time to speak to different people. A sad occasion but also a celebration of a life well lived.

My camera didn't work for swimming and subsequent activities did not lend themselves to photography and so I present a cluster of tomatoes from the greenhouse. I can attest to their tastiness.
