Gazpacho

A favourite summer lunch in our house, and the best way to use up some of our food factory spoils. Always a treat. A lovely walk with Koj in the early morning cool, a trip to the tip to get rid of all the old concrete from under our demolished deck, and a very hot afternoon digging up turf. We’ll be fit as fleas after all this!
