The forecasts looked good (though trusting them is hard this summer), so I decided to mow most of the grass. I wasn't sure though, whether I should leave some, but decided to do so in the end.

That left time enough for tedding about a half of it. It didn't go well though, as the grass was so thick that my trusted old rake had problems getting the job done. Too many broken or bent tines and too old drive belt that tended to slip, when too much long grass got wound around the rotors. Tightening the belt didn't help much.

Took the photo through the windshield driving home with the rake.

Temperature again near +29°C and humidity getting lower.
