Rowan

Noticed that this Rowan tree by the bus way was laden with berries when I nipped out for a walk late afternoon.

A really helpful morning at the Breast Cancer Now moving forward course. Lots of discussion about fatigue, and how to manage it. Slightly disconcerting that the nurse suggested that post radiotherapy fatigue could last months. Back in April (about 6 weeks post surgery) I was feeling like I had more energy than I had had in years. I am back to about 80% now (9 weeks post radiotherapy) but definitely feeling frustrated that I want to be back doing more things than I can yet. I had been planning to go to the gym this afternoon, but I decided a walk would be better to preserve my energy for an online workshop with carers that I am running tomorrow morning.
